CANCELLATION, CHANGE OR RETURN

All items are thoroughly inspected and shipped from our warehouse in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, products may be damaged during transit due to improper handling by the courier.

If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately at support@luxebiking.com with a photo so we can resolve the issue promptly. This is to avoid misunderstandings in situations where damage may have occurred after delivery.

Please report any defects as soon as possible upon receiving the item. Requests submitted after 7 days upon delivery are not eligible for return or refund under this policy, as it applies strictly to defects present at the time of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of delivery of your order. To start the process contact us at support@luxebiking.com.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, with the original packaging.

Products such as gloves, sleeves, masks, shoes, boots, sunglasses and any other wearables with direct skin contact cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wearable items such as gloves, sleeves, socks, and similar products.

Each product includes a detailed size chart with accurate measurements. Please refer to it carefully to ensure the correct fit before placing your order.
No, you are covered by our Free Restock Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any restocking fee. The return shipping cost is to be handled by you.
Please contact us within 30 days after the delivery of your order at support@luxebiking.com with your order number and the reason for return.

After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please follow these steps:

1. Please re-pack the product and all its accessories in their original packaging.

2. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.

3. Kindly inform us of the shipping company as well as the tracking number for the package.

4. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

5. All returns should include the name that you used when you ordered the items, and the order number somewhere either on the label or inside of the parcel.
